1.2 Age Restrictions
To play and download our game and use our services, you agree that you are at least 13 years old. You also agree that if you are between 13 years and 18 years old, your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agrees to these terms in order for you to access and use our Services and make in app purchases.

Jungle Friend Studios does not knowingly collect or solicit information from anyone under 13 years of age, nor do we allow them to use our services (apps and games). If you are under the age of 13, you are prohibited from sending us personal information. In the rare event that we learn we have collected information from a child under the age of 13, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us at junglefriendmax@gmail.com. We will delete such information from our files within a reasonable time.

We have the right to remove our games or services from respective stores at any time without any liability to you, the user.

Our games are mostly free to play, however some in game items can be purchased with real money. If you do not want to use this feature, you may disable it in the settings of your phone or store account. We also suggest password protecting your store account.

currency and goods may are an integral part of the software. The
aforementioned currency and goods may be licensed by you, the end user,
for a fee using "real world money" or it's equivalent in 3rd party gift
cards and store credit when applicable.
All
virtual currencies and goods are licensed to you on a limited,
personal, non-commercial, recovable basis. All payments for the licenses
for virtual goods are always FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
